A handy package called SC-70, SOT-323 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The handy Bulk variable is used in this program.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Input is taken from a Fixed form.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.15mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 65μA.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 2.048V.
