SC-74A, SOT-753 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Strip external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have ±0.4% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 4mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 13V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 4.3V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 4.3V~12.6V voltage input.Current supply is 5μA.
