MAX6070AAUT33+T Description
Extremely low noise and low drift voltage reference are provided by the MAX6070/MAX6071 in a compact 6-pin SOT23 chip. These devices have a temperature drift of 6ppm/°C and only give a 1/f noise voltage of 4.8VP-P at an output voltage of 2.5V. (max, A grade). The devices can sink and source up to 10mA of load current and use 150 A of supply current. The low-drift and low-noise characteristics enable greater system accuracy, making these devices excellent for high-precision industrial applications. Wideband applications include a noise filter option with the MAX6070.
The devices are specified for an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and come in a 6-pin SOT23 package. Moreover, a 6-bump 0.78mm x 1.41mm wafer-level packaging for the 2.5V choices is offered (WLP).
