SOT-23 is used to simplify the process.Different functions are terminated with 6.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.A voltage reference ic with 6 pins is settled.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 42V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 2.5V is outputted.As far as inaccuracy is concerned, the voltage reference ic holds a maximum value of 0.1%.
