There is a handy package SOT-23-6 used in this program.Series control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of ±0.06%.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 5V is determined by test statistics.Input can be entered on a Fixed form.The temperature should not rise above NOT SPECIFIED during reflow soldering.Pins 6 are settled in the part.If you are designing a PCB that requires a high level of precision, Surface Mount is available.Within -40°C~125°C range of work.It is able to handle 10mA input applications.Applicable to Surface Mount applications.The voltage reference ic cannot output more current than 600μA in this case.In view of the part's maximum input voltage of 40V, users are advised to confine the voltage accordingly.It is common for the voltage reference circuit to accept a voltage input of 6.1V~40V.As a result of its operation, the supply current used is 650μA.
