This program uses the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.2% is the tolerance.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~85°C TA.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 500μA.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 4.296V~12.6V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 4.096V is generated.It is powered by a current of 35μA which is used for its operation.A SOT-23-3 supplier device package is assigned to this voltage reference ic.
