SOT-23 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Adjustable control, this part serves as a voltage reference.Different functions are terminated with 5.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 225.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 5mA.Since the part's max input voltage is 6V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 5V is outputted.As far as inaccuracy is concerned, the voltage reference ic holds a maximum value of 0.3%.
