This program utilizes the handy SOT-23 package.With 3, different functions are terminated.Connected to the part is an analog integrated circuit (IC).An output voltage of 1.25V is determined based on test statistics.It is sufficient to output 1.Pins 3 are firmly seated in the part.Surface Mount is the right platform for the application.There is 400μA way the reference voltage can output more current than 400μA in this case.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 13.5V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.There must be a 5V supply voltage for it to function.The voltage must be 2.5V at a minimum.At 85°C degrees Celsius, it should be able to operate.As low as -40°C can be operated by it.It outputs a voltage of 1.25V.
