MAX531BEPD+ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package and X package. 5V volts power it. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. The Through Hole-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use.
