MAX4970EWC+ Overview
There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 225. Surface Mount mounts IC management. There are 12 pins on the power managment ic. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 2.2V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 28V volts. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 107μA.
