MAX44285TAWA+T Overview
There is a 8-WFBGA, WLBGA case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Current Sense-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case.
