MAX3890ECB+D Overview
Tray cases are used for delivery.A 64-TQFP Exposed Pad case is used to package this product.Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to change the operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C using the device.The supply output of the chip is 3.3V volts.The user will be able to enter input into the form by using the LVDS form.An interface IC's output type is recognized as type PECL by the system.16 inputs must be operated.There is an option for the device to maintain 1 outputs.There are 64 terminations in total.On the chip, there are 64 pins.There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that it can handle.Surface Mount allows mounting of the device.As specified in the specification, the operating supply voltage for the chip is 3.6V volts.ATM/SONET/SDH SERIAL TO PARALLEL/PARALLEL TO SERIAL CONVERTER are used to sort the part's telecom IC type.
