MAX20003CATPD/V+ Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 20 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable (Fixed) output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. 220kHz~2.2MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1V 5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 36V for this voltage regulator 12v. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 14V to meet the operation requirements. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the MAX20003 family. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 3.3V volts. The maximum output voltage of 10V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate. As the name implies, this voltage regulator belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family of voltage regulators, and it is a type of switching DC-DC regulator.
