MAX1978ETM+TW Overview
It is packaged the power management in 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation.The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.Among other applications, this power management targets Peltier Module, Thermoelectric Cooler .It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.The power management works at 3V~5.5V voltage.Current should be conducted at 30mA when the power ic is supplied with power.
