MAX16993ATJC+ Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 3 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Programmable) output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A voltage of 3.95V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 32 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 5V volts. A 3A A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. By using the 3.95V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. With a maximum output voltage of 3.95V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. With 36V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate.
