There are 6 terminations in this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER-type voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V to meet the operation requirements. A voltage of -5.5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. In order to operate voltage regulator, 6 pins are required. Adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is ensured based on the minimal supply voltage of 1.4V V. In order to ensure switching regulator's stable operation, the maximum operating temperature 105°C is set at a high level. Ensures reliability by operating at aDC DC switching regulator's minimum temperature of -40°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V at which DC DC switching regulator can operate. When DC DC switching regulator's switching frequency is increased to 125kHz, reliability can be improved. Normally, 30mA of DC DC switching regulator current are output.
