It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. There is a switching frequency of 500kHz 1MHz for this voltage regulator 12v.
