MAX16140D220JM+T Overview
This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). IC management is packaged as a 4-XFBGA, WLBGA package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Power Supply Monitor products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA.
