Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~80°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 350kHz.
