MAX12005ETM+T Overview
The RF Switches are designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package.-40°C~85°C should be the operating temperature when RF Switch is operating.In this case, the high power RF switch belongs to the family MAX12005.To operate the high power RF switch, 48 pins are required.RF Type DBS, L-Band, IF Satellite from the RF switch ic.3V~3.5V voltage is available from the RF Switch.
