MAX12005ETM+ Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of the RF Switches.As you can see, this RF Switch contains 48 terminations.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when the RF Switch is in operation.MAX12005 is a family of high power RF switchs.During high power RF switch operation, 48 pins are used.A 150mA supply current is required to power this RF switch ic.DBS, L-Band, IF Satellite RF switch ic type.RF Switchs with 3V~3.5V voltage capabilities can be used.
