The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 3V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.For Surface Mount applications, the reference voltage is appropriate.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 15mA.Temperatures above 125°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 3V is output.
