SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.A Strip external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.It is tested at 2.505V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 2.495V less than 2.495V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.As far as inaccuracy is concerned, the voltage reference ic holds a maximum value of 0.2%.Temperatures at ambient are as low as 125°C.There should be -40°C temperature at the bottom of the voltage reference ic.
