ICL7665ACSA+T Overview
There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. You should set the supervisor's temperature during 0°C~70°C TA . As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 15μA for the power management. You can always use ICL7665, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. To operate this power management, you will need at least 5V volts of power. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 15μA.
