DS620U+T&R Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR). A 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package protects analog sensors from damage. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 8. It is possible that the analog sensors are operating with a current of 900μA. Ideally, this sensor should supply a DC voltage of 3.5V. As a result, this magnetic switch can be configured to supply a minimum voltage of 1.7V in the DC circuit. The analog sensors could supply 3.5V voltage when it operates. The analog sensors can operate at a maximum temperature of 125°C. In order for this sensor to work, it must be operated at a temperature of -55°C or higher.
