DS4432U+T&R Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when operating. This FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for space saving. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. This module can reach a maximum operating temperature of 85°C when operating at its maximum power. It is necessary to maintain an operating temperature higher than -40°C.
