DS3641B+TRL Overview
Power management is mounted through 25 terminals. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. The pins of the power management system count 25. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 3.3V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 3.6V volts.
