DS3640B+ Overview
This power management consists of 25 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. In total, the power management has 25 pins in it. 25 pins are on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 3V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 3.6V volts. In total, there are 1 inputs on the power management that can be monitored.
