DS2502P+T&R Overview
Non-Volatile is the type of memory it has. It is available in a case with a Tape & Reel (TR) shape. It is available in 6-LSOJ (0.148, 3.76mm Width) case. On the chip, there is an 1Kb 128 x 8 memory, which is the size of the chip's memory. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses EPROM-format memory. Due to its extended operating temperature range, the device is well suited for a wide range of demanding applications. A voltage of 2.8V~6V is possible to be applied to the supply. There is a recommended mounting type of Surface Mount for it. As the base part number for the device, DS2502 is frequently used to select similar items. A package of 6 pins is used to protect this memory device. In order for this device to function properly, its operating temperature must not be less than -40°C. As a general rule, memory ics is recommended that the product be operated at temperatures no higher than 85°Cc, otherwise, damage could be done to it.
