DS2430A-002-E1+ Overview
There is a memory type Non-Volatile for this type of device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. The case is embedded in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA). The memory size of the chip is 256b 32 x 8 Mb. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses EEPROM-format memory. A wide operating temperature range makes this device ideal for a variety of demanding applications. There is a recommendation that Through Hole mounting type should be used for this product.
