DS18S20-SL+T&R Overview
To ensure the safety of these analog sensors, they are packaged in the Tape & Box (TB). To protect the analog sensors, they're put in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages. There are 3 pins on this sensor to ensure proper operation. During operation, the analog sensors can supply 5.5V voltage. To function, this sensor requires 1.5mA of power. A temperature of 125°C can be set for the analog sensors' maximum operating temperature. In order for this sensor to function, the operating temperature must not be lower than -55°C.
