DS18B20-PAR+T&R Overview
In order to ensure safety, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For protection against damage, analog sensors are enclosed in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages. This sensor has 3 pins for proper operation. In operation, the analog sensors may supply a voltage of 1.5mA. It should provide a DC voltage of 5.5V at its maximum. In the DC circuit, however, this magnetic switch can provide a minimum voltage of 3V. As a result, this sensor is capable of supplying 1.5mA current to operate. A maximum operating temperature of 100°C can be set for analog sensors. The operating temperature of this sensor should not be below -55°C.
