DS1821C+ Overview
A safety precaution is taken by packaging these analog sensors in the Bulk. It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages to prevent damage to the devices. This sensor has 3 pins for proper operation. Electronic part with 3 terminations. It is possible that the analog sensors are operating with a current of 500μA. Optimal performance is achieved by setting the sensor's current output to 4mA.
