DS1236AS-10 Overview
A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. A Tube package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. A series of 2 channels can be found on this supervisor. IC management is packaged as a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Battery Backup Circuit products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 245. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. In total, it has 16 pins on IC management. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 4.5V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. You should set the supervisor's temperature during 0°C~70°C TA . The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain, Push-Pull. Supplied with a operating current of 4mA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. Among other features, IC power can be also taken advantage of [0], for instance. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using DS1236A, the base power ics number. To be able to work, this power management requires 5V volts of power. The IC power that you are looking at comes from our well-known MicroManager series product line.
