DS1210S/T&R Overview
A package containing materials from Tape & Reel (TR) is provided. In order to save board space, it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width). As a type of Nonvolatile RAM, it provides high quality and reliable performance. Setting the operating temperature to 0°C~70°C is recommended. Normal operation of 4.75V~5.5V requires the supply of voltage. The mount is constructed using the Surface Mount technique. In addition, it is possible to find more related electronic parts by using its base part number DS1210. As the name implies, it is an electronic apart with a 16 channel. There is a memory type called RAM that is used to store information. A supplier device package for 16-SOIC contains this device. It is recommended that the maximum value of temperature be maintained at 70°C in order to ensure reliable operation.
