DS1100LZ-75+W Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -40°C~85°C operating temperature. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred. A Surface Mount mounting is used. In certain applications, it is operated with a supply voltage of 3.3V.
