DS1100LZ-75 Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. 5 taps/steps are configured. Several parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred for a variety of applications. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. An operating voltage of 3.3V is applied to the device when it is in operation. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. A supply voltage of 3V is sufficient for it to operate.
