78M6618-M/F/P2 Overview
Tubeipped up in a box. This package has the 68-VFQFN Exposed Pad extension. In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. Surface Mount is available for purchase. It is possible to achieve higher operational temperatures at -40°C~85°C. A 3V~3.6V power supply is used to power the device. There is a voltage of 0.8V on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. It is important to note that this device presents a voltage of 2V for high-level I/Os. There is no need for tools to install or dismount this device as it has been designed as a Surface Mount device.
