78M6613-IMR/F/PC1 Overview
I have packed it in Tape & Reel (TR). There is a package called 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad. Using it as a Single Phase meter is possible. There is an option in Surface Mount. Temperature at -40°C~85°C is extended during operation. The unit is powered by a 3V~3.6V power supply. Its low-level I/O has a voltage of 0.8V. It presents a voltage of 2V for high-level I/Os. Logic gate applications are addressed by this 32 solution. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device. PMICs are advised to be set to 9.1mA in order to keep them working normally. Teridian™ series include it.
