A SOT-26 case is used to package the op amp. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape and Reel case. There are 6 pins on this chip. There are 1 channels on the operational amplifiers. In order for op amp to function properly, the temperature should not be lower than -40°C degrees Celsius. Instrumentation amplifier should only be used at temperatures up to 85°C. The operating supply voltage of the buffer op amp is rated at 5V.
