Using the frequency of 5GHz~6GHz, RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 24-PowerQFN package, this RF IC is excellent .The RF modulator is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.24-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.
