To house this device, a Tray-package is used that is integrated within the device.The Limiting Amplifier offers excellent value for money.In order to use the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, you will need the following.Basically, mounting involves mounting the part in the Surface Mount direction.Ethernet mainly uses it.This function accesses high performance for amplification.A total of 16 terminals exist, each with its own function.In order to ensure peak relow for the part, the iron temperature has to be controlled under NOT SPECIFIED when proceeding peak relow.There are 16 pins on the part in total.A supply voltage of 3.3V is recommended for this amplifier to operate properly.There is a great deal of amplifying power in it, just like any other high-quality ATM/SONET/SDH ICs.This part can bear a maximum operating temperature of 85°C.A malfunction could occur if the device's temperature drops below -40°C.There are 3.3V power supplies required for this part.The supply corrent should be monitored and not suppoesd to go beyond 0.061mA.
