TO103J2J Overview
NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Bulk. For convenience, it is included in the TO-220-2 package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~150°C.
