SM105R1K Overview
Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Bulk package. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package DO-213AC, MINI-MELF, SOD-80. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±10% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to 220°C.
