HM103J1A Overview
NTC thermistors are packaged as a Bulk. The DO-213AC, MINI-MELF, SOD-80 package contains it for your convenience. In order for NTC thermistors to operate, the resistance tolerance must be ±0.5°C. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to 220°C to ensure reliable operation.
