D8015L Overview
The reverse voltage should be 800V.The average rectified current for this device is 9.5A volts.There is no limit to the forward current value.Having a current rating of 15A means it can carry the maximum current an indefinite period without deterioration.Surge currents are limited to 225A.As indicated by the data chart in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 100μA.
