LTC6994MPS6-1#TRPBF Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 2.25V~5.5V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -55°C~125°C.
