LTC6990IS6#TRPBF Overview
There is a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 enclosure with the programmable timer. There is a programmable timer set at a frequency of 488Hz~1MHz.It is used to pack in Tape & Reel (TR) case.
