LTC3895IFE Overview
In the 38-PowerTFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 31 Leads package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 4V~140V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 50kHz~900kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start.
