LTC3894IFE#PBF Overview
Capsuled in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 16 Leads, Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Bulk enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~150V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 50kHz~850kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start.
